This policy explains how VoxLeap accesses, uses, stores and shares information.
VoxLeap is published by Dipak Shrestha under the Enigma Dynamic Tech Services brand. For privacy questions, contact enigma.dts@gmail.com. VoxLeap is designed as an offline-first English speaking application for adults aged 18 and over.
VoxLeap stores core progress, practice history, saved practice bundles, reward activity, reminder schedules and settings in app-private local storage. Regular practice recordings are saved locally so you can replay or delete them. Local notification schedules are managed by your device.
VoxLeap does not require an account. It does not ask for your name, address, phone number or personal account email to use core practice.
Local information remains until you delete the relevant item, clear the app's storage or uninstall the app. An operating system or device backup may retain information according to your device settings, although VoxLeap disables Android application backup for its private data.
When you choose an online AI feature, VoxLeap sends the information needed for that request to the selected AI provider. This can include:
These features include AI Practice, Hear Model, Live Voice Coach, Live Translate and optional voice analysis. Core lessons and local recording can be used without sending regular practice recordings to an AI provider.
Do not submit sensitive, confidential, health, financial or identifying information to an AI feature. Provider data use and retention depend on the provider, account and plan connected to the application. Google Gemini terms distinguish between paid and unpaid services. A key you add may be governed by different terms from the managed service.
VoxLeap uses Google Mobile Ads for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertising. Google states that the Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share:
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Advertising consent is requested where required. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point for your region, VoxLeap shows Advertising privacy choices in Settings so you can review or change consent.
VoxLeap uses Firebase Remote Config to receive managed feature values and production service configuration. Firebase documents that Remote Config can process technical information including country, language, time zone, platform and operating-system versions, Firebase App ID and package name. Firebase Installations supplies an installation identifier used to return configuration to an installed application.
An AI API key you add is stored using platform secure storage. It is sent to the selected provider to authenticate your requests. VoxLeap can retain earlier user-added key versions locally for configured fallback behavior. You can remove user-added credentials in Settings.
The managed production key is fetched from Firebase Remote Config and cached locally. No credential used by a client application can be guaranteed impossible to extract. Managed credentials are monitored and rotated as necessary.
VoxLeap creates an encrypted history archive only when you request an export and provide a password. You choose where the file is saved or shared. Exported files remain under your control until you delete them. AI API keys are not included in history backups.
You can deny or revoke permissions in Android Settings. Some related features will then be unavailable, while core offline content remains usable.
Information is processed by third parties only when needed for the selected service. These can include Google Mobile Ads, Firebase and Gemini, or another AI provider that you configure. Each provider operates under its own privacy policy and terms. VoxLeap does not sell a user account profile because it does not create one.
If you email support, the email address, message and attachments you choose to send are received by the support mailbox. They are used to respond, investigate problems, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Support messages are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
VoxLeap uses app-private storage, platform secure storage for user-provided credentials, encrypted history archives and encrypted network transport. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
The application has no server-hosted VoxLeap account to delete. AI, advertising, Firebase and platform providers retain information under their own policies and configuration. Read the data deletion instructions or contact support with a deletion question.
VoxLeap and its AI services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. The application is not directed to children. If information from a child is reported through services controlled by the publisher, the report will be investigated and appropriate deletion steps will be taken where the publisher has control.
Online providers can process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their terms and privacy notices describe their transfer safeguards and processing locations.
This policy may be updated when VoxLeap's features, providers, legal obligations or data practices change. The effective date will be updated, and material changes will be communicated through the application or store listing where appropriate.

VoxLeap
These terms govern your use of VoxLeap: Speak English.
By installing or using VoxLeap, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. VoxLeap is published by Dipak Shrestha under the Enigma Dynamic Tech Services brand.
VoxLeap provides educational English speaking practice, local recording, reminders, progress tools and optional online AI features. You must be at least 18 years old to use the application and its AI services.
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use VoxLeap for lawful personal learning. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, redistribute or exploit the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You agree not to use VoxLeap to:
Only record or translate another person's speech when you have all consent required by local law. Recording laws vary by location. You are responsible for how you capture, use, export and share audio. Live Translate is a convenience tool and must not be relied on for emergencies, legal proceedings, medical care, safety-critical instructions or other high-risk decisions.
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unsuitable. It is educational assistance, not professional, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Review important information independently. AI availability depends on internet access, provider availability, quotas, configuration and applicable provider terms.
Report offensive or unsafe AI output to support with only the limited context needed to investigate the issue. Do not include an API key or unrelated personal information.
If you add an API key, you confirm that you are authorized to use it. Your provider may charge you and apply separate quotas, privacy practices and terms. You are responsible for monitoring your provider account and charges. Never share a credential you do not own or control.
VoxLeap can show banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion. Vox Coins, available XP, lifetime XP, ranks, badges and cosmetics are application features with no cash value. They are not property, currency, gambling prizes or transferable assets. Balances can be corrected when an error, duplicate grant, abuse or data restoration problem is discovered.
Core information is stored locally. You are responsible for maintaining any encrypted export you want to preserve and for remembering its password. Uninstalling, clearing storage, losing a device or device failure can permanently remove information that was not exported.
VoxLeap, its original interface, written curriculum adaptations, branding and application code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names, libraries, services and trademarks belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, Firebase, Gemini and any provider you configure operate under their own terms and privacy policies. VoxLeap is not responsible for a third-party service's downtime, account decisions, content, charges or policy changes.
Features can change, be limited or be discontinued to improve safety, comply with law, address provider changes or maintain the application. Updates may be required for security or compatibility. No specific uptime or future feature is promised.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VoxLeap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, language accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or learning results. Nothing in these terms excludes a right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the publisher and developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of VoxLeap, reliance on AI or translation output, loss of local data, third-party services or unauthorized use of a provider credential. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited as permitted by applicable law.
You may stop using VoxLeap at any time. Access to online or managed features may be limited or terminated for unlawful use, abuse, security risk, provider restrictions or violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before beginning a formal dispute, contact support so the issue can be reviewed in good faith.
These terms may be updated for legal, safety, provider or product changes. The effective date will be revised. Continuing to use VoxLeap after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
Email enigma.dts@gmail.com with a terms or application question.
Your controls
VoxLeap has no user account. Most information is stored on your device and can be removed directly.
Delete the encrypted export from Files, Drive, email, cloud storage or any other destination where you chose to save or share it. VoxLeap does not control a file after you export it.
Uninstalling VoxLeap also removes ordinary app-private local information. Device or cloud backups can be governed by your operating system settings.
AI, advertising and Firebase providers control information processed under their systems. Use the privacy controls or deletion process offered by the relevant provider. If you used your own provider key, submit the request through that provider account.
Because VoxLeap does not create a server account, include only enough detail to identify the feature and date involved. Do not email an API key, password or sensitive recording.
Help center
Practical help for practice, voice, AI, reminders, advertising privacy and local history.
Core lessons, local recording, playback, progress, saved bundled content and device reminders are designed to remain available offline. Online AI, advertising, Remote Config and Play update features need a connection.
Check the connection, microphone permission and provider key or quota. A model can also be temporarily unavailable. Do not repeatedly submit the same audio while a request is processing.
Open VoxLeap Settings and select Advertising privacy choices when that option is required and available in your region. Android also provides Advertising ID controls under system privacy settings.
VoxLeap has no cloud account. Import a history archive that you previously exported and keep the correct export password. Support cannot recover a forgotten export password or local information that was never backed up.
Email support with the feature name and the smallest useful excerpt of the output. Do not include an API key or unnecessary personal information.
Vox Coins and XP currently come from application activity and optional advertising, not a direct cash purchase. If paid products are introduced later, the Google Play purchase and refund process will apply.
